Jack Frost is handsome, well connected, and utterly depressed. His best friend is Scotch Evans, a not-so-smooth talking TV host whose biggest concern is where the next party is and whether or not he's on the list. When the wealthy playboy discovers that his childhood sweetheart is engaged to another man, his usual bevy of beautiful socialites and invitations to fabulous parties suddenly take a backseat to what is quickly turning into an existential crisis.
When all seems lost, a precocious eleven-year-old neighbor attempts an atypical intervention. But can she help Jack snap out of his nostalgic malaise and embrace life again, whatever the cost?
