New England native John Rudgate (Aaron Stanford, "X Men II & III") is looking to make a name for himself as the baddest dude in New Hampshire. When Rugged discovers tht his less-than-savy former high school budy (Paul Schneider, "The Family Stone") has just inherited the family business he does all he can to get a slice of the pie...and it isn't long before things begin to spiral out of control. With the cops on his tail, plumbing problems at home, and several scores to settle, Rugged has his work cut out for him if he wants to earn his place in the criminal hall of fame. This debut sparks a new career in the film world for Gregg and Andy, who spent six years writing and producing on Seinfeld. Live Free or Die just won the Narrative Jury Award at the 2006 SXSW Film Festival.
