While "Goldfish" is Joe Wein's directorial debut, he has been listed in Variety as a "Top 10 Screenwriter to Watch," and wrote the feature comedy "Scorched," which starred Woody Harrelson, John Cleese, Alicia Silverstone and Rachael Leigh Cook. Wein currently writes on studio projects including "Army Geek," a comedy produced by Chris and Paul Weitz ("American Pie" and "About a Boy"), and is working with many of the same people to direct his first feature-length film, "Juggernaut."
