Frost!

One of the most anticipated films in the Festival, Frost didn't disappoint. The post-film buzz was overwhelmingly positive, with Gen Art-istas loving the plot, the acting, the direction, and more. Short film of the night Kill the Day dazzled the audience as well and was a perfect match for the feature, both films highlighting that twentysomething existential crisis that you, dear readers, I'm sure no absolutely nothing about...

The night began with a high-energy red carpet, as the premiere doubled as a reunion for the cast.  Super sexy Jason Behr smiled and greeted fans... socialite and actress Lydia Hearst was radiant in a silver flapper-esque dress... hilarious Mike Landry looked dapper as ever... the unofficial "first couple" of this year's Fest, bombshell Leah Cary and MGMT bandmember Will Berman were in attendance as the film marked Leah's acting debut... the adorable Alex Poe, star of Kill the Day, grinned alongside director Gavin Wiesen... rising stars India Ennenga and Paulie Lit reminded us that we have a lot to look forward to on the cinematic scene.

The fabulous continued at the after-party at the exclusive Bowery Hotel, and the scene - full of models, playboys, and drinks flowing everywhere, could have been right out of the film.  I've heard rumors that there was even an after-after-party at Antique... but I wouldn't know anything about that.
